Refunds and Cancellations

This policy applies to the digital eBook Aaj Khane Mein Kya Banega? sold for ₹99 INR.

1. Digital nature

This is an instant-delivery digital product. Once payment succeeds, the download entitlement is issued immediately.

2. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after a successful payment because delivery is automatic and instant.

3. Refunds

Because the Product is digital and downloadable immediately:

• Refunds are generally not available after a successful download.
• If payment was deducted but you could not download due to a technical issue on our side, email us within 48 hours with your Cashfree order ID. We will first help you complete delivery; if delivery cannot be restored, a refund will be processed.
• Duplicate/accidental charges (same order paid twice) are eligible for refund of the duplicate amount after verification.

• Order ID
• Payment date/time
• Short description of the issue

We typically respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
